Theatre Arts Immersion Program at FITC in Florence

Students will have an opportunity to study theatre on a serious and intensive level in one of the most beautiful cities in the world – Florence, Italy – with international theatre arts professionals.  This program is for highly motivated and advanced students and young professionals of theatre arts and production.

Developed out of FITC’s Creative Campus programming, TAIP is formulated to build upon the work which FITC already  has in place – integration with the Florence community through the arts. 

Theatre Arts Immersion Program is a life-changing experience for the select few who will be admitted (program will run with no more than 27 students in 5 disciplines).  With FITC’s professionals our students will experience :

•    conservatory level classwork and project expectations
•    cross-discipline integration among their areas of focus
•    practical education with FITC’s main stage production
•    language immersion in our bi-lingual (Italian and English) work environment
•    exposure to and engagement with international theatre arts professionals
•    intimate rapport with the community of Florence
